Projects like this are what Enclosure was founded to do: precision detailing, cohesive solutions and collaboration. In this residence in particular, the personality of the clients shone through and made the home what it is today. Working with an award-winning designer-as-client enabled us to push the envelope of standards to instead focus on light, color and ambience.
The many previous owners (and renovations) of the property presented numerous unforeseen structural and programmatic challenges. Instead of pushing back on those and adapting to their constraints, the owners allowed us to properly reconfigure the existing to allow for the new to flourish.
