Providing a covered side entry to both garage and the living space above, the breezeblock entry provides privacy without sacrificing natural light. On the 2nd floor, a small balcony gives the user coveted outdoor space while still remaining private enough from the home situated on the lot in front. The South facing expanse of windows leaves the space feeling higher and brighter than most similar structures where lot line windows provide only ambient natural light.
